Custom TTM Successes
In January of 2010, I was hastily planning a trip back to the Cubs Convention in Chicago and found myself a little short on items for signatures at the convention. As I surfed around the Internet, I stumbled on to sportscardforum.com and found a section titled "Custom Card Designs". Here a bunch of collectors displayed custom made cards, pictures, posters, etc. that each of them had made. I was intrigued. I hacked out a couple designs and got them signed at the convention... little did I expect the response they'd bring.
First, I really liked them (though I look back at them and see them as crude now). Second, the players themselves were really impressed. Randy Hundley even said, "This is cool. So much better than the standard cards and pictures."
I was hooked.
Since then I've been hacking out a variety of designs and ideas. I send a majority of them out to be signed through the mail (TTM for short). Under this tab, if you let the sub menus open, you'll see a variety of the designs I've developed since 01 of 2010. I'm far from an expert at graphic design, but I enjoy making them very much.
I use Photoshop CS5 for my design and photo editing. I usually print on HP Premium High Gloss paper and print on a HP 7510 series printer.
So sit back and peruse at your content. As I get them signed, I'll post them under their appropriate set headings. I usually come up with a new design or two a few times a year.
